In the tab "Account" you will find several additional tabs:
- Profile
- This is where you can update your information and your company's information
- Settings
- This is where you can adjust your team workflow settings, change the concierge name, and modify your notification settings
- Integrations
- This is where you can add a CRM Integration:
- Step 2: Select on the CRM through which you want to push your leads to AIVA.
- Step 3: Enter the API key or Username/Password depending on the CRM you use
- Step 4: Your setup is complete and the customer would be able to process leads via Aiva
- Team
- If you have a team set up, this is where you can add team members and modify their information
