At the very least the lead should have a Phone and Type so we know how to contact them and what script to use

The Subject line can be anything, but we prefer using something that has both the source and lead type in there "New Facebook Buyer Lead" so even if the system detect the type automatically it's easy to figure out manually

Type can be any of -- buyer, seller, renter, website -- website is probably the most common for Facebook leads which come in via Zapier

They need to use the Zapier Outbound Email zap to send the email out to us to their @aivamail.com address
