kvCore (via Zapier)

This article walks through how to set up lead forwarding from a kvCore account into a customer's Aiva account.

Step 1: Grab Zapier Key from kvCore Account

Log in to the customer's kvCore account and grab their Zapier API key by visiting this link:

https://kvcore.com/leadengine/leadsync

You need to copy the Zapier key as below. Make sure to copy the Zapier key for the OFFICE and not an agent specific one:

Step 2: Create the Zap

Use our company Zapier account to create a Zap that sends out an email whenever the customer kvCore account receives a new lead.

Note: You may have to visit this link to enable kvCore access to our company's Zapier account.

Please include the customer's email address and the integration name in the Zap's name:  kvCore - [e-mail]

PRO TIP: You can just clone another kvCore Zap and make sure to update the email recipient, Zap name, and the linked kvCore account.
