Lead Dashboard

Your Lead Dashboard is where you are going to see all of your leads that come in from the sources set up. 

When you first look at your dashboard, you will notice there are several statuses: 

Contacting: The lead successfully came in and the concierge is in contact with them 

Interested: The lead has indicated an interested and is now yours to contact

Not Interested: The lead has said they are not interested, and are no longer being contacted

Unresponsive: The lead has not responded to our initial messages and follow ups and is no longer being contacts

Taken Over: The lead was manually taken over by you and will no longer be contacted by the concierge 

The next point on the lead dashboard is the individual leads. When you click on a lead, you will see their information, the conversation log, type, source, and script being used 

You will also see a button at the top right titled "Stop Contact", this button puts the lead in the "Taken Over" Status
