Changing your Password

You can change your account password by following the steps below:

Step 1: Log out of your Aiva account if you are already signed in (on the top right of your dashboard)

 

Step 2: Visit our reset password page over here:

Step 3: Enter the email address of your account and click Reset Password

 

Step 4: You should receive an email with a link to change your password, click on the link:

 

Step 5: Enter your new password twice to confirm and click Set New Password
